Realized I haven't been making art in a very long while! There's just so much going on in my life.
Hopefully, I can make this a habit again to keep in sync with the liturgical calendar of the Church.
Just a quick post of a depiction of our Lord Jesus as a teenager. This came from a study for a series of commissions I made for the Brothers of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. I actually had a hard time finding references for this as depictions of our Lord in art usually stopped at around His Finding in the Temple where he was probably around the age of a grade-schooler. Tell me what you think?

Oh wow!! Thank you for this! He's spending just as much time in the synagogue in Nazareth here as he is in Joseph's worshop isn't he? Going to the synagogue to study some at the end of the work day then pondering over what he read that day in the sunset? ^^
